BH Acquires Brick-and-Timber Offices in Downtown Campbell

BH Properties, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm, announced its acquisition of The Cannery, a 104,201-square-foot brick-and-timber office campus located at 300 Orchard City Dr. in Downtown Campbell. Originally constructed in the late 1800s as a fruit cannery, The Cannery underwent a $19.2-million renovation completed in 2023.

The undisclosed seller was represented by Newmark’s Silicon Valley Capital Markets team, including Steven Golubchik, Edmund Najera, Darren Hollak, Francesca Zappula and Brendan Raney.

“The Cannery is a rare blend of history, design and location,” said Jim Brooks, president of BH Properties. “It’s one of the few brick-and-timber campuses in Silicon Valley and offers tenants a distinctive experience in a walkable, amenity-rich environment.”

Currently the property is 22% leased to a diverse mix of tenants, with available suites ranging from 1,300 to more than 40,000 square feet. The current weighted average lease term is 2.9 years.
