BGL’s Healthcare Team Sells MI Dialysis Centers

Brown Gibbons Lang (BGL) has arranged the sale of Bay Area Regional Dialysis Center Portfolio, two dialysis centers totaling approximately 20,861 rentable square feet in Saginaw and Essexville, MI. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.

BGL’s healthcare investment sales team served as the exclusive advisor to the seller in the transaction.

Built in 1991, the Bay Area Regional Dialysis Center in Saginaw has 32 treatment chairs and is staffed daily by three nurse practitioners. The Essexville Bay Area Regional Dialysis Center, built in 1993, has 24 treatment chairs and is staffed daily by two nurse practitioners.

Both properties are 100% occupied by the Bay Area Regional Dialysis Center, and work in partnership with the Fresenius Kidney Care Bay Area Regional Dialysis Center in Bay City, Michigan. They’re located about 15 miles apart from one another, and approximately 125 miles from Detroit.
