Beyer Automotive Inks 5K-SF Office Lease in Falls Church

Golden Eagle Group and Cushman & Wakefield have finalized a lease at 3130 Fairview Park Drive, a Class A office building in Falls Church, Virginia. The new lease with Beyer Automotive for 5,089 square feet brings the building to over 85% occupancy. This follows two leases totaling 89,716 square feet signed in 2023. Beyer Automotive has already moved into its new office space.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Tim Summers, Will Thomas, and Chloe Eyring manage leasing at 3130 Fairview Park Drive for the landlord, Golden Eagle Group. The landlord’s team includes Abduljabar “Jabs” Totonji, Michael Nathan, and William A. Gray. Norman Corkhill of PREP Real Estate represented Beyer Automotive in their lease.

The signing with Beyer Automotive marks the eighth deal signed since 2022 at 3130 Fairview Park Drive, totaling 118,267 square feet leased. The location offers access to Washington, D.C., Arlington, Tysons Corner, and Alexandria, and includes amenities like free transportation to the Dunn Loring Merrifield Metro station and the nearby Mosaic District, as well as a fitness center, conference center, and outdoor greenspace.
