Beverage Maker to Invest $452M in Ft. Worth Facilities
DrinkPak will create two facilities in Fort Worth to make its alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The Fort Worth Report reports both facilities would produce energy drinks, hard seltzer, and canned cocktails, among others.
One facility will be at a Trammel Crow property in Denton County. It would involve $37 million in property improvements and $183 million in the things the company needs to run its business. The second phase will be located at Carter Park East in SE Fort Worth. It would involve $32 million in property improvements and $200 million in business personal property. Both are expected to finish that work by January 2027.
The project would bring 1,000 full-time jobs to Fort Worth. The first phase will bring 550 jobs by December 2026, while phase two would bring 450 jobs by December 2027. The city has promised DrinkPak a 10-year tax abatement if they reach their goals.
Connect Texas Multifamily 2023 will take place on Aug. 22, 2023 at Virgin Hotel in Dallas. Click here for more information and to register.
