Beverage 3PL Firm Leases Bulk of Edison Warehouse

Gordon Logistics, a 3PL provider serving major wine importers, alcoholic beverage and food wholesalers and distributors, has signed a long-term, 269,424-square-foot industrial lease at 180 Raritan Center Parkway in Edison, NJ. Gordon Logistics will occupy the majority of the 354,000-square-foot warehouse facility.

A CBRE team of Scott Belfer, Lou Belfer and Nicholas Nitti arranged the lease on behalf of New York Life, which owns 180 Raritan Center.

“Gordon Logistics was looking for a long-term solution for its warehouse and distribution needs in a building with a corporate appearance and a facility that would handle its current and future growth,” said Scott Belfer, SVP in CBRE’s East Brunswick, NJ office. “This location was ideal for the company’s needs, given its close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, Holland and Lincoln Tunnels, George Washington Bridge, Newark International Airport and the Port.”
