Bethesda 456-Unit MF Property Changes Hand 

Carr Properties, a Washington DC-based REIT has sold The Elm, a 456-unit multifamily high-rise property located in Bethesda, Maryland. The price was not disclosed.  

Located at 4710 Elm St., The Elm offers a range of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. The property boasts amenities including a rooftop swimming pool, fitness center, pet spa and dog park, seventeenth-floor terrace, and a glass Skybridge connecting the two 28-story apartment towers.  

Berkadia Institutional Solutions has overseen the sale on behalf of the seller with a team led by Brian Crivella, Walter Coker, Bill Gribbin.
