Beth Rosen Joining Ripco After 16 Years at RKF

Beth Rosen is joining the Manhattan office of Ripco Real Estate as an EVP after 16-plus years with RKF, effective next week. During her tenure with RKF, she has represented world-class retail tenants as well as owners.

“The timing for this transition feels right, as Ripco has the resources at its disposal to organically grow the company, while also being selective and strategic,” Rosen said. I’ve had my eye on Ripco for some time, because I can relate to the firm’s philosophy of working collaboratively.”

Ripco’s COO, Mark Kaplan, said his firm is “actively recruiting top-talent that will take us to new heights, but also showcase to our young brokers the work ethic and drive one needs to succeed in this business. Professionally and from a culture standpoint, Beth checks every box—she is accomplished, but is also someone who reflects our values and embraces our collaborative culture.”
