Betches Media Relocates Headquarters to Park Avenue South

Savills has arranged a 23,038-square-foot lease for Betches Media, a digital media company for young women, at 360 Park Ave. South. The company will occupy the entire sixth floor of the recently renovated Midtown South office building under a long-term lease, relocating from 43 W. 24th St. Savills’ Shay Bolton, Kirill Azovtsev and Jim Wenk represented the tenant.

“Taking a full floor gives Betches the ability to build a headquarters around how their team actually works – collaborative, content-driven and constantly evolving,” said Bolton. “The Madison Square Park area continues to attract media and creative companies because the buildings support both production and day-to-day office use.”

Founded in 2011 by lifelong friends as an anonymous blog, Betches has evolved into a multi-platform enterprise reaching millions of highly engaged women across social channels, original video, podcasts and live events. As the company reaches its 15th anniversary this month, the relocation aligns its headquarters with the scale of its expanding business. The move is slated for later this year.
