Best Fit Finds Build-to-Suit Industrial is the Best Fit

A 44,359-square-foot build-to-suit industrial warehouse in San Diego, was recently acquired by San Diego-based Best Fit Movers LLC for $9.1 million. The seller was VCH No 1 LP.

The property will be located at 6960 Cactus in San Diego. Best Fit will use this property for product storage and distribution.

Todd Holley, senior vice president and partner in Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office, directed the transaction on behalf of the buyer. The seller was represented by Rob Hixson of CBRE.
