The company will leverage its extensive real estate experience to offer real estate solutions, including investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, and strategic advisory services to third-party clients. “With my family’s extensive history across the DC area and other markets, our brokerage is building upon decades of experience, expertise, and valuable relationships required to provide significant solutions to our clients,” said Ben Berman, President of BermanCRE.
Justin Shay, a real estate industry veteran, has joined as managing director – Multifamily Investment Sales to lead the Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Investment Sales team.
