Berman Enterprises Introduces BermanCRE in DC 

Berman Enterprises, a real estate and investment holding firm, has unveiled BermanCRE, its third-party commercial real estate brokerage and advisory platform, in Washington, D.C.  

The company will leverage its extensive real estate experience to offer real estate solutions, including investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, and strategic advisory services to third-party clients. “With my family’s extensive history across the DC area and other markets, our brokerage is building upon decades of experience, expertise, and valuable relationships required to provide significant solutions to our clients,” said Ben Berman, President of BermanCRE.  

Justin Shay, a real estate industry veteran, has joined as managing director – Multifamily Investment Sales to lead the Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Investment Sales team. BermanCRE aims to provide valuable solutions to clients amid market volatility and evolving property usage trends. This expansion coincides with the hiring of Shay and the firm’s entrance into the D.C. market.
