Berkeley Investments Snags 340K-SF Industrial Portfolio in Lawrence

Boston-based full-service real estate investment and development company Berkeley Investments has acquired a two-property light industrial portfolio in Lawrence, MASS. The sales price was not disclosed.

The two properties are located at 246 and 250 Canal St. and were originally built as commercial mills. Built in 1926, 250 Canal St. consists of 317,000 square feet of rentable building area. The property at 246 Canal St. was built in 1930.

Berkeley Investments purchased the portfolio from seller, Andrea Management.
