Berkeley Investments Secures Two Retail Leases at Malden MXU Project
Boston-based real estate developer Berkeley Investments has secured two restaurant leases at Exchange 200, the firm’s new 300,000-square-foot mixed-use project in Malden.
The new tenants are 110 Grill and Italian restaurant Evviva Trattoria, joining existing tenant, Caffè Nero, a European coffee shop. Evviva Trattoria will occupy 5,830 square feet while 110 Grill is expected to occupy 6,470 square feet of space. Both locations are slated to open in mid-2021. Exchange 200 is a four-story, mixed-use building being redeveloped for lab/life sciences, R&D and creative office uses. The transit-oriented property is located in Malden Center and is slated to open in Fall 2020.
Pat Paladino of NKF represented Berkeley Investments in the lease transactions while Jeff White of Aries Commercial Real Estate, LLC, represented the restaurant tenants.
