Berkadia’s Mid-Markets Group arranged the sales of six multifamily properties to various buyers across six states totaling $72.6 million, with $38.4 million in combined financing on four of the properties. Led by Alex Blagojevich and Michael Sullivan, the sales team also included Ralph DePasquale, Patrick Jordan, Chris Bruzas, Parker Stewart, Brett Meinzer, Chris Gentry and Dominic Martinez, along with members of Berkadia’s Seattle team.

The sales included Bowen Tower in Raytown, MO; Wilmington Apartments in North Little Rock, AR; Village Woods in Milan, IL; Brickstone at Woodland in Wichita, KS; London Square in Tulsa, OK; and Central Pointe in Boise, ID. Together, the properties total 945 units.

“Our Mid-Markets Team has been fortunate to see continued collaborative success in helping our clients to close transactions in this environment,” said Blagojevich. “In fact, thus far in 2020 alone, our combined production for the group has exceeded nearly $375 million.”
