Berkadia Welcomes Dunn, Phaneuf to Boston Investment Sales Team
Berkadia has added a new investment sales team to its Boston office by bringing on board senior managing director Christopher Phaneuf and managing director Adam Dunn. Phaneuf and Dunn bring expertise in multifamily sales and equity placement and have executed more than $25 billion in transactions across their careers.
“Greater Boston and the New England region is a significant market for domestic and global capital apartment investment activity,” said Berkadia SVP and co-head of investment sales Keith Misner. It is vital that we have the best talent on our team to support clients looking to transact in these sought-after locations.”
Phaneuf joined HFF in 2015. Prior to that, he was a founding member of Eastdil Secured’s Boston office, which opened in 2007. He has also spent time at Trammell Crow and Cushman & Wakefield.
Dunn joined HFF in 2016. Previously, he was an associate in CBRE’s Washington, DC office. Before that, he worked at Archstone in property management operations.
