Berkadia Triples Houston-Area Space

Real estate brokerage Berkadia has tripled its Houston footprint, relocating from 6,000 square feet at BBVA Compass Plaza to 18,500 square feet at San Felipe Place. The company staff relocated to its new digs at 2229 San Felipe St. earlier this week. Brad Beasley and Clark Thompson with Colvill Office Properties represented landlord Hines in the transaction. Berkadia is nationally represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

Berkadia entered the Houston market in 2003. The brokerage primarily deals with multifamily, and is increasing into other commercial real estate areas.
