Berkadia Taps Stephanie Anderson as SVP of Seniors Housing & Healthcare Operations

Berkadia has hired Stephanie Anderson as SVP, Head of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare Operations. Anderson will work alongside SVP and Head of FHA and Berkadia Seniors Housing Finance Steve Ervin. She will be based out of the firm’s Boston office.

Prior to Berkadia, Anderson served as the National Sales Director for Housing & Healthcare Finance. She has held executive level roles with Health Care REIT (WellTower), GE Healthcare Finance and Ventas. Anderson has been on the board of Genesis as well as both the American Seniors Housing Association and National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care.

“Stephanie brings over 25 years of experience in the senior housing space in many different roles. We are excited that she brings such broad experience, which will be invaluable in driving our seniors housing platform to grow,” said Ervin. “As the pace of work picks back up across our industry following the pandemic, Stephanie’s leadership will be vital in expanding our capital sources and client base.”
