Berkadia Secures $34M for Assisted Living in Bozeman

Berkadia announced the refinancing of Bozeman Lodge, an independent and assisted living community in Bozeman, Montana.

Managing Directors Ed Williams, Steve Muth and Austin Sacco, Senior Director Garrett Sacco, and AVP Alec Rosenfeld of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare secured the financing from a debt fund on behalf of the owner-operator, Radiant Senior Living, based in Oregon.

The 2.5-year loan features interest-only payments for the full term, along with additional proceeds to complete capital improvements at the community. “Bozeman Lodge is a high-quality community in a dynamic market, and this refinancing provides the ownership with flexible capital to execute their business plan and continue enhancing the resident experience,” said Muth.

Located at 1547 N Hunters Way, Bozeman Lodge is nestled in the Gallatin Valley and is situated in the home city of Montana State University and is less than an hour and a half from Yellowstone National Park. Bozeman Lodge features one- and two-bedroom private apartments as well as two-bedroom cottages.
