Berkadia Secures $18M Refinancing for Boston Apartment Portfolio

Berkadia has secured a $17.5 million loan to refinance an 11-property multifamily portfolio in the Boston metro area.

The 89-unit portfolio includes the six-unit 28 Dyer St in Dorchester; the six-unit 30 Browning Ave in Dorchester; the six-unit 31 Browning Ave in Dorchester; the six-unit 35 Browning Ave in Dorchester;

the six-unit 38 Stanton St in Dorchester; the six-unit 54 Fuller St in Dorchester; the 11-unit 5 Orlando St in Mattapan; the six-unit 14 Orlando St in Mattapan; the 15-unit 14-16-18 Msgr Patrick J Lydon Way in Dorchester; the 16-unit 140 Wellington Hill in Mattapan and the five-unit 17 Greenwich Park in Boston.

Mitch Sinberg, Matthew Robbins and Wesley Moczul of Berkadia secured the financing through Fannie Mae on behalf the sponsor, BT Holland Real Estate. The 12-year, fixed-rate loan has a 75% LTV.
