Berkadia Negotiates Multifamily Property Sale in Bellevue

Berkadia has brokered the sale of Edgewood Park, a 195-unit, garden-style multifamily property in Bellevue, Washington. Constructed in 1979 and 1980, Edgewood Park features 195 apartment homes.

Managing Directors Ben Johnson and David Sorensen, Director George Pallis, Associate Director Peter Dudunakis, and Senior Managing Director Kenny Dudunakis of Berkadia Seattle led the transaction on behalf of the seller, California-based Acacia Capital.

“We are incredibly thankful and appreciative to have had the opportunity to work with the seller and buyer on this disposition,” said Sorensen. “Edgewood Park represents an incredible opportunity in Bellevue, given its prime location just three miles from downtown and its well-maintained property with a diverse unit mix.”

Located at 1501 145th Pl SE, the property offers prime access to the leading employers. The area is home to major companies including Amazon, Microsoft, T-Mobile, Pokémon, Meta, and Salesforce.
