Berkadia Hires Veteran Bay Area Multifamily Sales Team
Berkadia added senior managing director Jason Parr and managing director Scott MacDonald to its investment sales platform. They will be based out of San Francisco, reporting to SVP and co-head of investment sales and production operations Mike Miner.
Before joining Berkadia, Parr led Cushman & Wakefield’s Northern California Multifamily Advisory Group. In that capacity, he was responsible for providing transaction, valuation, and underwriting services tailored to the unique needs of private and institutional multifamily investors and owners of existing property and land for multifamily development.
MacDonald previously served as a managing director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Advisory Group, where he was responsible for implementing capital markets solutions for multifamily investors and developers with real estate interests in the Northern California region.
Over the past two decades, Parr, MacDonald and team have advised on the sale of $3.0 billion in investment sales transactions totaling more than 13,000 multifamily units.
