Berkadia Handles $82M Sales of Puget Sound MFs

Berkadia completed a $59.35 million sale for Bryson Square and Meridian Garden, two garden-style multifamily properties in Kent, and the $22.25 million sale of Crew Apartments, a garden-style multifamily property in Seattle (pictured). Kenny Dudunakis, David Sorensen and Ben Johnson, all of Berkadia’s Seattle office, completed the three sales, which totaled $81.6 million.

In the Bryson Square and Meridian Garden deals, the seller was Campbell, CA-based Elan Multifamily Investments, and the buyer was Seattle-based Rise Properties Trust. Berkadia represented the seller of the 198-unit Bryson Square, located at 24006 108th Pl. SE.

Meridian Garden is located at 13101 SE 240th St. and features 80 units of one and two-bedroom floor plans. Berkadia represented both the buyer and the seller.

Berkadia represented the seller, Seattle-based Goodman Real Estate, in the sale of the 70-unit Crew Apartments at 8228 Green Lake Drive N. The buyer was San Francisco-based Elan Management.
