Berkadia Completes $100M+ in Deals

New York-based Berkadia completed five deals totaling more than $100 million involving properties across four states. The transactions included:

– $21 million in combined financing for two hotel properties, including Hampton Inn West Dodge in Omaha, NE, and the 120-room Embassy Suites in Tucson, AZ. The financing was secured by Berkadia’s Adrienne Kautzman.
– A $40-million combined sale for two multifamily properties in Arizona, including the 93-unit Village Sereno Townhomes and 220-unit Sun Wood Apartments, which was purchased by Canada-based Western Wealth Capital. Berkadia’s Mark Forrester, Ric Holway and Dan Cheyne represented the seller for both transactions, California-based RK Properties.
– The $21.1 million sale and $13.8 million financing for the 151-unit Swan Creek Apartments in Fitchburg, WI. Berkadia’s Ralph DePasquale, Alex Blagojevich and Parker Stewart represented the seller, Chicago-based H.A. Langer and Associates. The buyer was Washington-based Weidner Apartment Homes.
– The $22.25 million sale of the 176-unit Pannee Park Regent, a multifamily property in Phoenix. Forrester, Holway and Cheyne represented the seller, Arizona-based Oppenheimer Partners Properties LLP. The buyer was Canada-based Emma Capital.
– The sale of Seasons at Pebble Creek (pictured), a 300-unit garden-style property in Salt Lake City. Berkadia’s James Wadsworth and Greg Barratt represented the unnamed seller and buyer.
