Berkadia Brokers Sale of Medical Building in Oklahoma

Berkadia completed the sale of a medical outpatient building, Women’s Healthcare Plaza, located in Norman, Oklahoma.

Berkadia’s Chris Lashmet, Eric Lee, Sabrina Solomiany, and Vasili Davos led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Norman Healthcare Partners. Women’s Healthcare Plaza sold to Georgia-based SG Property Services, LLC.

Strategically located at 3440 R.C. Luttrell, Women’s Healthcare Plaza was completed in 2017 and is situated on the campus of the 326-bed Norman Regional Hospital. The two-story medical outpatient building is 100% leased to Norman Regional Health System. The first floor features an 11,423-square foot imaging and surgery center, and the second floor is a 14,336-square foot women’s health services suite.

“This property attracted significant investor interest, and through a competitive process, we were able to achieve attractive pricing for our client, a local physician group, while also administering a smooth transaction for both the buyer and seller,” said Lashmet.
