Berkadia Brokers Sale of Pasadena Mixed-Use

Berkadia has brokered the sale of the J Grant, a mixed-use property in downtown Pasadena, for $26.3 million.

Dean Zander, Vince Norris and Mark Ventre headed Berkadia’s efforts. A private investor based out of Los Angeles purchased the property, which is currently vacant.

J Grant features 50 units that will be leased out as luxury apartments, in addition to ground-floor commercial space. The building is four stories, and the residences average 800 square feet.
