Berkadia Brokers $14M Sale of Atlanta MF Property

Berkadia has arranged the $13.9 million sale of Royal Oaks, a 238-unit, garden-style multifamily property in Atlanta.

Royal Oaks was built in 1978 and features 238-units with one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floorplans. Located at 3540 N Camp Creek Pkwy SW, the property affords convenient access to best of market retail at Camp Creek Marketplace and major employers within the Fulton County industrial corridor. The property is also 5 miles away from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. At the time of sale, the property was 95% occupied.

Matthew White, Paul Vetter, Andrew Mays and Judy MacManus of Berkadia’s Atlanta office represented the seller, Florida-based FIP Realty, in the transaction. The buyer was Florida-based Prosperity Capital Partners.
