Berkadia Arranges Sale, Financing of Norfolk Multifamily
Berkadia has arranged the sale of Livano Norfolk, a new 295-unit multifamily community in Norfolk, Virginia.
Senior Managing Director Drew White, Managing Director Carter Wood and Director Cole Carns of Berkadia Richmond represented the seller, LIV Development. Senior Managing Director Laura Cathlina and Associate Director Anna Burns of Berkadia Chicago arranged acquisition financing via Fannie Mae on behalf of the buyer, Kushner.
Located at 6163 Kempsville Circle in Norfolk’s Midtown Medical District, District 757 is directly across from Sentara Leigh Hospital and just minutes from Downtown Norfolk and Virginia Beach. Completed in 2024 and currently 96% leased, the property features 297,436 square feet of space across a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom residences.
