Berkadia Adds Steven Nunnelley as Director in Birmingham
Berkadia has announced the addition of Steven Nunnelley as Director in Birmingham. He will join Senior Managing Director David Oakley, Senior Director David Wilson and Associate Directors Jay Briley and Caleb Frizzell. Nunnelley will report to SVP and Head of Investment Sales Keith Misner.
Nunnelley joins Berkadia from SVN International Corp., where he specialized in multifamily housing and led the expansion into the Mobile, AL market, closing seven deals. During his two years there, he collaborated in closing more than $200 million in total multifamily sales.
“Despite the impact of COVID-19, Alabama remains an active real estate market, attracting investors from across the country,” said David Oakley. “With Steven’s experience, we’re eager to have him join our Birmingham office to continue to grow and expand our investment sales platform in Alabama and the Southeast.”
