Berkadia Adds Pair to Investment Sales Team in Orlando

Berkadia added a pair of managing directors to its Orlando investment sales team. Matt Wilcox and Brett Moss (pictured above) join from JLL, and will report to Keith Misner, SVP and Head of Investment Sales.

Matt Wilcox

Wilcox served as Managing Director in JLL’s Capital Markets group, focused on multifamily housing across all of Florida. Previously, he was an SVP for ARA Florida (now NKF), where he was responsible for spearheading brokerage efforts in North Florida and assisting in the West and Central region of the state. Over his more than 15-year career, Wilcox has participated and executed more than $7 billion in multifamily transactions.

Moss brings more than 13 years of experience to Berkadia, including roles at HFF, CBRE and BMO Harris Bank. Most recently, he served as a Senior Director at JLL, where he was primarily responsible for originating and executing investment advisory, debt and equity placement transactions throughout Florida, with a focus on multifamily housing.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
