Berkadia Adds Managing Director to Hotels & Hospitality Platform

Berkadia has added Managing Director Jennifer Dakin to Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality. She will be based in Berkadia’s DC Metro office and will report to Senior Managing Director and Head of Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality, Andy Wimsatt.

In her role, Dakin is responsible for providing creative financing solutions to commercial real estate owners and developers throughout the United States, with a focus on the lodging sector. She is a well-known and well-regarded financial advisor with over 28 years of multi-faceted commercial banking experience.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Jennifer worked in the commercial real estate group at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for 20 years as a relationship manager, team leader and managing director and was instrumental in growing the Hospitality Finance Group.
