Berkadia Adds Investment Sales to Boston Operation

Senior directors Jennifer Athas and Matthew Olson have joined Berkadia’s investment sales team, establishing a sales presence in Boston for the organization. Athas and Olson will work alongside Berkadia’s mortgage banking team already in place and will report to Keith Misner, SVP and head of investment sales.

“We continue to see a strong appetite for transactions across New England, making the establishment of an office in Boston a natural next step in our continued growth,” said Misner.

Athas joins Berkadia from Institutional Property Advisors, where she specialized in multifamily property sales throughout New England. With over a decade of real estate experience, she has completed more than $1 billion in transaction volume.

Olson joins Berkadia most recently from Atlantic Properties, where he focused on multifamily sales and advisory. Throughout his career in real estate brokerage and acquisition roles, Olson has completed upwards of $250 million in transactions throughout New England.
