Berkadia Adds Experienced Multifamily Sales Team in Boston

Berkadia has added senior managing Directors Kevin Gleason and Brendan Shields and director Maggie McFarland to its investment sales platform in Boston. Gleason, Shields and McFarland specialize in multifamily investment sales and capitalizations across the New England region. With more than 40 years of combined experience in commercial real estate, they have successfully completed more than $15 billion in volume across property sales and capitalizations.

Gleason, Shields, and McFarland bring extensive expertise in multifamily investment sales, strong client relationships and an extensive track record across the New England region, according to Berkadia. The new team will collaborate closely with the firm’s mortgage banking partners in the region to form a well-rounded, client-focused team.

Before joining Berkadia, Gleason, Shields and McFarland were part of Walker & Dunlop’s investment sales platform in Boston. Prior to that, the team spent five years within the Capital Markets Group at JLL.
