Berkadia Adds Director, Associate Director in LA

Berkadia added director Chris Tresp and associate director Kenji Thomas to the investment sales platform, based in Los Angeles. They will report to Mike Miner, SVP – co-head of investment sales and production operations.

Before joining Berkadia, Tresp was a VP at CBRE for eight years, and spent three years as a director at Newmark. At Berkadia, Tresp will specialize in multifamily investment and land sales as well as equity placements for ground-up development throughout Southern California. 

Thomas previously held roles at Eastdil Secured, The Dinerstein Companies, and JPI, gaining extensive experience in multifamily advisory services and institutional development. He will specialize in multifamily equity and land sales throughout Southern California for Berkadia, as well as portfolio sales and capital structuring for complex real estate transactions.

Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
