Berkadia Adds Bobby Mills in St. Louis

Berkadia has added director Bobby Mills to its St. Louis investment sales team, alongside senior director Andrea Kendrick and managing director Ken Aston. Mills will report to Keith Misner, SVP and head of investment sales.

“In all economic cycles, we want the best talent on our team to support our clients, and Bobby will help us continue to do that in the best way possible,” said Misner.

Mills joins Berkadia from Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialized in multifamily investment sales, representing private and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise multifamily properties throughout the Midwest. Mills has participated in and executed over $235 million in multifamily investment sales.

Prior to his brokerage role at Cushman & Wakefield, Mills served as a financial analyst, underwriting over $2 billion of investment sale transactions.
