Berkadia has added Bill Gribbin as a director to the investment sales team in its Chevy Chase, MD, office.

“It’s clear that we’re optimistic about the long-term outlook for the DC Metro area, and the Mid-Atlantic region as a whole,” said Keith Misner, co-head of investment sales at Berkadia.

Gribbin joins Berkadia with more than seven years of experience in commercial real estate. He arrives from JLL, where he was a director in the Washington, DC, office and focused on multi-housing and land investment sales advisory and equity placement transactions in the greater metro area. Prior he served as a director at MAC Realty Advisors and as an analyst at Sheridan Property Company.
