Bergmeyer, JC&A Complete 180K-SF Life Science Redevelopment in Waltham

Design firm Bergmeyer and construction management firm JC&A has announced the completion of a 180,000-square-foot life sciences redevelopment project in Waltham, MASS.

The project features traditional office and lab space and will serve as the new headquarters for robotics firm Boston Dynamics. Amenities at the project include kitchens and a fitness center as well as quiet rooms.

Boston Dynamics is a global leader in developing and deploying highly mobile robots capable of tackling difficult robotics challenges. The firm currently has three mobile robots in its portfolio, Spot, Handle and Atlas.
