BentallGreenOak Acquires Seven-Building Industrial Portfolio in Raleigh-Durham

Global real estate investment management advisor BentallGreenOak has acquired Eastgate 540, a seven-building industrial park in the Raleigh-Durham submarket.

Originally beginning construction in 2019 with the last building delivering in 2022, the master-planned industrial park totals more than 1.2 million square feet.

Patrick Nally, Pete Pittroff and Dave Andrews of JLL represented the seller, Trinity Capital Advisors, in the transaction. BentallGreenOak, on behalf of its US Core Fund, purchased the portfolio.
