Bentall Kennedy Picks Up Colorado Asset for Warba Bank

Bentall Kennedy acquired a seven-story, 223,000-square-foot, single-tenant office building in Englewood, CO for an undisclosed amount. The building was completed in 2017, and is located adjacent to the Dry Creek Light Rail Station. It was purchased on behalf of Warba Bank K.S.C.P. from an unnamed seller.

The modern design of the building features open-concept floor plans with column-free rectangular floor-plates, floor to ceiling windows and continuous glass lines.

Bentall Kennedy’s Kevin Rivest says, “The newly constructed building is an exceptional investment for the partnership, and provides a combination of dependable cash returns and the opportunity for market rental growth in a rapidly growing U.S. market.”

The acquisition represents the third such investment in 2017 that Bentall Kennedy has made as Warba Bank’s real estate investment advisor.
