Benjamin Moore Signs 238K-SF Lease for Distribution Center

Coatings manufacturer and distributor Benjamin Moore is expanding its operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Specifically, the company signed a lease for a 238,000-square-foot regional distribution center at 121 Lakepointe Crossing in Lewisville, TX. The company, which moved into the space at 2525 E. SH 121 in early November 2019, relocated from a 70,000-square-foot distribution center in Mesquite, TX.

Mark Collins, Dean Collins and Bill Brown represented the tenant in its search and negotiations with the Dallas-based landlord for the space. Collins indicated that the company had considered several cities throughout DFW before targeting Lewisville, to the northwest of Dallas. “The new distribution center is strategically located within the metroplex and the region to efficiently serve its network,” he said.
