Bendetti Names Jon Moyer as Director of Acquisitions

Irvine, CA-based industrial developer Bendetti has hired real estate industry veteran Jon Moyer as Director of Acquisitions. In this newly created role, Moyer will generate and evaluate investment opportunities, with a focus on core-plus, value-add industrial properties with deal sizes ranging from $8 million to $100+ million.

“Timing is right to start seeking investment opportunities given the current dislocation in the market. We are ready to continue growing our platform and Jon is the right choice to join our senior leadership team to make that happen,” said Aaron Weaver, President of Bendetti.

Moyer’s experience ranges from CREDE, where he was Vice President of Acquisitions, to posts at Alexander & Baldwin in Honolulu, HI to Arden Realty in LA. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Long Beach State and a master’s degree from the University of Maryland. “I am honored to join the Bendetti team,” commented Moyer in a news release.
