An undisclosed LLC purchased the asset for $4.2 million in a transaction arranged by Marcus & Millichap’s Christoper R. Secreto and Samuel Olson out of the firm’s Portland, OR office. The seller was a personal trust.

Located at 720 SE 9th St., the 42-year-old property is comprised of 146 units and is 98% occupied. The facility is situated approximately 1 mile from U.S. Highway 97, the major freeway through town and is surrounded by several residential neighborhoods.

Secreto and Olson had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, and the buyer was secured and represented by Secreto and Edward Milton-Moncivaiz from Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office. The buyer completed a 1031 exchange in the transaction after having sold a self-storage facility in Texas.
