Developer Jackson-Shaw will begin work on a 917,000 square foot business park just outside Fort Worth. The four buildings will range is size from 80,773 square feet to 377,000 square feet.

Chisholm 20 will be situated at the northeast corner of Interstate 20 and Winscott Road, near US Route 377 and Loop 820. Jackson-Shaw’s Miles Terry says the new park puts them in the center of the hub, “South Fort Worth is one of the most active submarkets in DFW with close proximity to labor and rooftops. The $1.4 billion Chisholm Trail Parkway…has served as a catalyst for tremendous growth, and we’re right in the middle of it.”

Ridgemont Commercial Construction will be the builder. Anticipated delivery is expected to be the third quarter of 2023.
