Benaim X buys Miami storefronts for $23.5M

Benaim X Partners Spends $23.5M on Three Wynwood Buildings

Benaim X Partners acquired three Wynwood area retail and office buildings, 2324 N. Miami Avenue and 38 Northwest 24th Street, for $23.5 million.

The three buildings, totaling 25,855 square feet, are fully occupied and date back to their original completion in 1928 and 1950. Crunch Fitness owner Doug Levine was the seller. Deven Marinoff and Tony Arellano, with Dwntwn Realty Advisors, represented the seller. The buildings also offer approximately 215,000 square feet of development rights.

Current tenants include The Hotel Collection, Backdoor Monkey nightclub and restaurant, a smoke shop, Aroma 360 and Amor Miami Restaurant and Lounge. The buildings are across from The Oasis in the heart of Wynwood. There are thousands of residential units slated for construction in the vicinity.

Benaim X Partners says it’s a vertically integrated real estate company, leveraging existing assets and relationships to identify new opportunities, whether acquiring existing value-added assets, long-term leaseholds, or development opportunities.
