Ben White 6 Attracts New HQ Tenant

Eleiko Sport Inc. recently signed a lease for 52,946 square feet at Ben White 6 at 3910 S. Industrial Blvd. in Austin. This space will serve as Eleiko Sport’s new U.S. headquarters. Its previous U.S. headquarters was located in Chicago and its main office is in Finland.

Ben White 6 is an industrial building that includes industrial, office, showroom and yard space. Located in South Austin, the building has access to Highway 71 and IH-35. It has 22-foot clear height with multiple dock doors and 30- by 30-foot column spacing.

Nick Boyd of Nick Boyd Realty represented Eleiko Sport Inc., and Leigh Ellis, Omar Nasser and Blake Patterson with Aquila Commercial represented the landlord.
