Belveron Hires Josh Plattner to Grow NYC Office

Belveron Partners hired Josh Plattner, formerly director of acquisitions for Jonathan Rose Companies, as managing director of investments. He’ll be based in New York City, where Belveron acquired affordable housing owner Conifer Realty earlier this year.
Having executed more than $1 billion in affordable housing investments throughout his career, Plattner will lead Belveron’s acquisitions strategy and sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in affordable and workforce housing. He will also oversee the growth of the firm’s New York office.

“Josh is a special talent; he has a deep understanding of equity’s role in preserving affordable housing and approaches our work with reverence for the mission,” said Belveron partner Louis A. Harrison.

Also joining Belveron is Bianca Vanin as head of asset management. Formerly of L+M Development Partners and Enterprise Community Partners in New York, Vanin is now based at company headquarters in San Francisco.
