Belmont Village Senior Living to Open in Aliso Viejo

Belmont Village Senior Living, a three-story Mediterranean-style building with 149 private residences for Assisted Living and Memory Care, is opening in Aliso Viejo, CA. The site at 300 Freedom Lane offers views of Saddleback Valley, and is near Aliso Viejo Town Center and other community facilities.

Belmont Village’s Patricia Will says, “When we choose our sites, we give a lot of thought to our future residents and the neighborhood. Many who will make their home with us chose Orange County as their preferred place to live decades ago. We want to create a place where residents can maintain the local connections they’ve built over the years, keep daily contact with family members and lead purposeful lives.”

Services include chef-prepared meals, housekeeping and transportation services, a professionally managed fitness center with therapy services, a heated saltwater pool, enrichment and social activities, and support from a well-trained staff, with a licensed nurse on-site 24/7. The facility offers residents a range of programs supporting a Whole Brain Fitness lifestyle.
