Belmont Village Opens Info Center Ahead of New Seniors Facility

Belmont Village Senior Living recently cut the ribbon on the company’s information center in Lincoln Park. The center is now staffed daily to provide leasing and reservation details for Belmont Village Lincoln Park, which will be Belmont Village’s fifth Chicago-area community and 31st overall when it opens in fall of 2019.

“There’s been a high level of interest in this project from the beginning, so we’re excited to provide an accessible space where Chicago residents can stop in to learn more about our new community,” said Patricia Will, Belmont Village founder and CEO. “The information center will also give our team a base so they can get involved in the neighborhood – we want to be an active part of Lincoln Park.”

The seven-story building will reportedly be 120,500 square feet, offering 149 units of assisted living and memory care with expansive common areas indoors and out.
