Belmont Village Breaks Ground at Bishop Ranch

Belmont Village Senior Living has broken ground on its fifth Bay Area community in San Ramon, CA with construction expected to be completed by Fall 2024. In partnership with Sunset Development and located at Bishop Ranch, the complex will feature 177 apartments for independent living, assisted living and memory care.

“We’re thrilled to expand our presence in the Bay Area for aging adults in San Ramon,” said Belmont CEO Patricia Will. “At Belmont Village, we believe that living a long, healthy and full life is a blessing and caring for the aging is a gift.”

The Belmont Village development will be located near City Center Bishop Ranch, a dining and shopping destination that is within walking distance.

“Bringing Belmont Village to Bishop Ranch is a pivotal step in the goal of continuing to build our neighborhood elements with a range of option for people of all ages,” said Sunset Development CEO Alexander Mehran Jr.
