Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital Closes $43M Refi for Trio of Greenville Senior Communities
Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC, has closed $42.7 million to finance three assisted living and memory care communities in located Greenville, SC and its surrounds.
Ryan Stoll, Taylor Mokris, and Kim Huffstutler of BWE originated a Fannie Mae refinancing loan originated on behalf of the borrower, Atlas Senior Living. The properties involved are:
- Fairview Park Senior Living, at 544 Harrison Bridge Road in Simpsonville, SC
- Oakview Park, at 110 Hood Road in Greenville, SC
- Spring Park at 925 North Main Street in Travelers Rest, SC
In an unrelated transaction, the same BWE team secured a construction loan for Sunflower Springs, a 105-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Charlotte, NC submarket of Lake Wylie, SC. BWE sourced a 75% loan-to-cost loan with a fixed rate that will protect against further rate increases.
