Bellwether Enterprise Hires Botros as Vice President in Greensboro
Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital has hired Lucas Botros as vice president. Botros will be based in Greensboro and be responsible for debt and equity origination throughout the Carolinas.
Botros has more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, and has worked extensively in leasing, investment sales and debt origination, resulting in over 200 loans totaling more than $2.2 billion in proceeds. In his most recent role as Assistant Vice President-Senior Director at Lincoln Financial Group, Botros led an originations team covering New York, Texas, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, Utah, Colorado and Western Pennsylvania.
