Bellwether Enterprise Adds Senior Originator in Chicago Office
Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC (BWE) has hired Eric McGlynn as SVP and senior originator in the Chicago office. McGlynn brings two decades of experience in raising debt and equity capital to BWE.
Over his career, McGlynn has arranged more than $7 billion of debt and equity encompassing over 57,000 residential units and 17 million square feet of commercial space. His work has focused on structured finance transactions involving multiple tranches of capital for development/construction and bridge and portfolio acquisitions/recaps.
“Eric’s decades of experience financing projects ranging from multifamily and condo developments to hotels and mixed-use development will make him a great asset to our team.” said Dan Rosenberg, EVP in BWE’s Chicago office.
Before joining BWE, McGlynn served as SVP and managing director at Walker & Dunlop in its Miami office. Earlier, he served as a director at Cohen Financial, also in Miami.
